What Remeet does

Remeet is a photo book design and printing service. You share your photos with us, we design a book from them, and you can order a printed or digital copy. These terms cover how that process works and what both sides are responsible for.

How ordering works

1. You share your photos and any preferences
2. We design a proof within 72 hours
3. You review the proof and request any changes
4. Once you approve, you place an order and pay
5. We print and ship your book (if you chose printed)

No payment is required until you've seen and approved your proof. You're never charged for a book you haven't reviewed.

Pricing and payment

Digital Book: $69 — one-time payment. Includes a shareable link and PDF download.

Printed Book: $199 — includes the digital edition, premium hardcover printing, and free US shipping.

Extra copies: $79 each.

Prices may change, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. We process payments securely through Stripe.

Revisions

You can request unlimited revisions to your book design before placing your print order. Revisions are made in plain language — just tell us what you want changed. There's no limit on the number of revision rounds.

Once you approve the final proof and place a print order, we can no longer make changes to that order.

Refund policy

• Before printing: Full refund if you decide not to proceed at any point before placing a print order
• Digital book: Full refund within 7 days if you're not satisfied
• Printed book — quality issue: If your book arrives damaged or with a print quality problem, we'll reprint and reship at no cost
• Printed book — change of mind: We can't accept returns of printed books, since each is custom-made. That's why we have unlimited revisions before printing

Your photos and intellectual property

Your photos are yours. You retain full ownership and copyright of every photo you share with us. By sharing photos, you give us permission to use them solely for creating your book.

Our designs are ours. The layout, typography, and overall design we create are our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the complete book for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We never use your photos for marketing or share them with third parties without your explicit written permission.

Photo storage and deletion

We store your photos securely while working on your book. Photos are automatically deleted 90 days after your book is complete, unless you request otherwise. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.

What you're responsible for

• Sharing photos you have the right to use
• Providing accurate contact and shipping information
• Reviewing your proof carefully before approving for print

What we're responsible for

• Designing your book with professional care
• Protecting your photos and personal information
• Delivering print-quality products
• Responding to revision requests promptly

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We're not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information you provide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. The current version is always available at this URL.
